• We are always paying attention to the feedback that we receive from our customers. It helps us understand what customers want, which enables us to build a better product. Along the way we’ve realized that it’s equally important to listen to people who don’t use our product. One common feedback we received was that Grofers was only restricted to users who owned a smartphone.     That’s right – your one-stop-shop for your daily needs is now available on your desktop! While building Grofers.com, we followed the same principle that we used on the app – to make grocery shopping easy and hassle-free. With much more area to play with on our website, we hope to deliver sharper product photos and a more immersive experience. We hope to set the stage for a simple & transparent shopping experience, and allow access through tablets/ iPads as well. We will be adding some very exciting features over the next few weeks, so do a keep a lookout!

    We hope this change allows a whole new set of users to experience Grofers for the first time and become a part of our family. To our mobile app users, now we are also just a tab away!
